Humber Energy Ecosystem (HEE)
The University of Hull, The Otto von Geuricke University and the Fraunhofer IFF Institute are collaborating to create a physical and numeric model that represents the Humber energy ecosystem.
The model will be an adaption of a similar model that was developed by Otto von Geuricke/Fraunhofer IFF. The model will be used to demonstrate energy management principles and scenarios applied to the Humber region, as well as for educational purposes and as a demonstrator of the combined energy expertise of the institutions involved.
The aim of this collaboration is to lead to further funded research collaboration in the energy field.
